The ViewSonic VX2758 is highly aesthetic; however, it could’ve been nice if it was a curved display for better multimedia immersion.

In addition, the entire display is made up of a nice matte-black texture and a silver finish, making the display look aesthetically pleasing.

Also, the screen itself is made up of a matte texture, which makes it great for handling reflections; however, it’s pretty decent handling direct lighting.

The bezels are pretty thin on all three sides of the monitor, allowing you to connect dual or triple screens.

Additionally, the display’s stand has an excellent small V-shaped base which is great for saving room on your desk next to its small base.

Unfortunately, the stand is not ergonomically well designed because it cannot adjust in height, pivot, or swivel; however, the display can tilt.

Also, it would’ve been nice if the display had a cool cable management system to have cleaner-looking cables and less clutter.

But if you’re not satisfied with the default stand, you can always opt-in for a 100x100mm VESA mount, which allows the display to give you more freedom of movement.

You can find the connectivity panel on the rear of the display; however, you’ll have to tilt the display to make the connections. The connectivity consists of one HDMI 4, one DisplayPort 1.2, one HDMI 2.0, one HDMI 1.4, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The VX2758 also has built-in speakers, which are two 2-watt speakers which sound pretty decent. However, it’s recommended that you go with a pair of high-quality headphones or a dedicated sound system for better immersion.

You can find six hotkeys that control the OSD configurations on the rear of the monitor, which seem pretty responsive. However, it would’ve been awesome if the monitor incorporated a joystick for easy navigational purposes.

Overall, the ViewSonic VX2758 is an excellent aesthetically pleasing monitor which you can admire from a distance while you’re walking into your room.
