Display Design

Additionally, the MSI Optix MAG241C has a 115% SRGB coverage, with a 93% DCI-P3, making the display decent color vibrancy and provide you with decent colors. However, the vibrancy and color accuracy aren’t as great when compared to its IPS variant.

But with the displays saturated colors, the MSI Optix MAG241C display isn’t very ideal for creatives and photo editing, due to its limited color coverage.

With the display being a VA panel, the image and color remained consistent when viewing the screen from certain angles. Thanks to its 178-degree viewing angle, you’ll be able to work with the monitor from different views if needed.

The display does have FreeSync and can run at a range of 48 to 144Hz, and the feature works great. You’ll be able to take your gaming sessions to new levels once FreeSync is on, which eliminates screen tearing and ghosting all together and will provide you a super smooth and buttery-like gaming session.

The display is G-Sync compatible; however, it’s not certified with Nvidia, and you may have to download the necessary drivers for your Nvidia card to fully utilize the G-Sync feature.
